KEAN Big Bass Bonanza at Hubbard Creek won on a SpitnFire Jig

May 17, 2008

Bill O' Neal was given a 1/2oz PBJ Football Jig by his son David O' Neal. Bill had never fished a jig before and this was his first jig fish, and what a fish it was. The fish was 7.93lbs and it was his biggest fish ever. It was also his first tournament win, and not a bad time to get his first win. Bill won $250 dollars for big bass of the hour and ended up with big bass of the tournament. He recievd $10,000 dollars for winning the tournament. He's waiting for more free lures from his son, hehe :) Congrats Bill, great fish and great story!! Go to the pictures page to see this giant bass. http://www.spitnfirejigs.com/photos.php
